Established in 2012, Vaishnavi Constructions N.V. is a Group company founded by Mr. Shibi Kumar under the Vaishnavi Group umbrella. The company delivers comprehensive civil, structural, and turnkey construction services across Suriname. It operates with a shareholding structure that includes the founder and two additional shareholders admitted subsequent to its establishment.
Under the leadership of Mr. Shibi Kumar (CEO) and Mr. Iwan Ramjiawan (Operations Director), the company continues to drive strategic growth, operational precision, and long-term sustainability while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

The company holds authorized distributionrights for internationally recognized brands including PSM Ceramica, EICON, and Envitect. Through this portfolio, Trading provides architects, contractors, developers, and private clients with direct access to high-quality materials, supported by the Group’s logistics and local market expertise.
In 2024, Vaishnavi Group established a strategic collaboration with Luminous Enterprises LLC FZ, a Dubai-based company specializing in interior fit-out, custom joinery, and global procurement.
This collaboration significantly enhances the Group’s capabilities by integrating international expertise with local project execution.
