End-to-End Forestry Operations — From Concession to International Delivery
Vaishnavi Exports N.V. manages the complete operational cycle for forestry and timber export — from initial concession planning through sustainable harvesting, timber processing, and final international delivery. Our operations combine environmental rigour with commercial efficiency at every stage.

Phase 1 — Concession Management & Planning
All operations begin with detailed forest assessments and operational planning. Our team develops comprehensive forest management plans aligned with Surinamese forestry law, covering:
- Forest inventory and species mapping
- Identification of harvestable zones in accordance with sustainability requirements
- Annual harvest schedule development and regulatory submission
- Acquisition and maintenance of harvesting permits
- Infrastructure planning for access routes and logistics
Phase 2 — Sustainable Harvesting
Timber harvesting is conducted using selective methods that minimize ecological impact while maintaining operational productivity:
- Selective felling targeting species and volume within permitted parameters
- Directional felling techniques to reduce damage to surrounding vegetation
- Log extraction using appropriate equipment to minimize soil disturbance
- Continuous environmental monitoring to track compliance with management plans
Phase 3 — Timber Processing & Quality
Harvested timber is processed at our operational facilities to prepare it for domestic or international delivery:
- Timber grading and classification by species, size, and quality
- Treatment and conditioning for long-term preservation during shipment
- Processing by-product management and disposal
- Final quality inspection and documentation preparation
Phase 4 — Export & International Delivery
Our logistics and export coordination team manages the full delivery process from Suriname to international markets:
- Domestic transport from processing facilities to port of departure
- Export documentation: harvesting certificates, phytosanitary certificates, and customs declarations
- Coordination with international freight forwarders and shipping lines
- Client delivery tracking and after-export documentation support
